Main Challenge.

The major challenge in this project is to ensure of making new brand identity, updated content, and course offerings into the website, while also making it more user-friendly and engaging checkout and course enrollment.

ٍProject Goal.

  • Update the Outdated Website: Align the website with the brand’s recent re-branding, incorporating a new logo, colors, and fonts.

  • Revamp the Content: Overhaul the existing content to make it more accurate, engaging, and aligned with the new brand identity.

  • Integrate New Course Updates: Incorporate the latest course offerings and updates, reflecting the advancements and changes in the curriculum.

  • Launch a Marketing Campaign: Develop and implement a new style of content for a marketing campaign aimed at promoting the updated courses, with a focus on increasing profitability.

I conducted stakeholder interviews with the project manager to obtain a clear understanding of project goals, process, deliverables, and expected outcomes.

What’s New?

  • Revamping the Headlines with the Content Creator To create a more sales-oriented headline.

  • Removed the red color from the brand palette due to its potential to evoke alertness, which was not aligned with the brand’s identity.

  • Updating Visuals with High-Quality Mockups and Photos To improve the visual quality and relevance of images on the website.

  • Organizing Hierarchies and Updating UI Elements Reorganized the hierarchy of buttons and headlines for better hierarchy and readability.

  • Add Banners for offers and the competitive Key Features that MCA Provides to its users.

Dr. Feras Al Khatib expressed his satisfaction with the new website design and content. He appreciated that the design was consistent with the updated brand and that the content was straightforward in communicating our services to customers. It seems that he has achieved his goal with the redesign.
